Throwback2018: When we heard from the locals and other tour guides that the night looks good for Aurora to appear, we went out for a small little excursion just right at the outskirts of Rovaniemi. And as always, if you go out seeking it, it shall not reveal. It turns out to be a cloudy night with strong winds sweeping across the landscape, a combination that may hold some miracle. But trust me when I say it’s dead cold. It’s freezing cold. We held out for a good 30 minutes before returning back to the car, and only managed a simple long-exposure shot of the night sky. Well, the night sky looks good with some colours bursting at the horizon. So it’s all good I supposed.
